At IMPRESIONANTE, we proudly offer worldwide shipping through our international production network located in Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, and South America.

Our goal is to provide high-quality products with the best balance of production time, shipping speed, and cost efficiency.

Production Times

As most of our products are custom-made and personalized, production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated production times:

  • Embroidery: 5–10 business days

  • Custom Apparel Printing (DTF / DTG): 3–10 business days

  • Promotional Products: 5–15 business days

  • Business Cards, Flyers & Marketing Materials: 3–7 business days

  • Banners, Roll-Up Banners & Signage: 5–10 business days

  • Printing & Embroidery Machines: 7–15 business days depending on stock availability and destination

Production begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Australia: 5–15 business days

  • South America: 5–15 business days

  • International destinations: 5–20 business days

Order Approval Process

To ensure the highest quality standards, IMPRESIONANTE follows a validation process:

  1. Design and mock-up creation

  2. Client review and approval

  3. Sample validation when applicable

  4. Full production

  5. Shipping and tracking

Production will only begin after final approval from the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, IMPRESIONANTE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
